App Ideation
This data repository allows you to choose recipes and link your accounts with different supermarkets in your area, comparing and contrasting prices and accessibility of what you need. You can also add some of your own whether they are public or private of your most common meals. If you’re someone who does like to go in person to the different supermarkets there is also an option to do active shopping so that you can cross things out and not forget anything.
User Story
Sandra is someone who loves cooking but doesn’t like spending hours at the supermarket finding all of her supplies she needs. She prefers online shopping and usually buys all of her supplies for each month all at once. However, mid month she usually finds new recipes she wants to do but waits until she finishes everything to go out and buy more which makes her forget the recipes she wants to do most of the time or decide against it. She wishes she could compare easily the prices for her ingredients and recipes she decides to do whenever she can in a process that is easy and not stressful.
